Start with a one-to-one consultation. We’ll discuss your riding, review your configuration and explore any specific requests—from asymmetries you’ve noticed to preferences shaped by years on the bike. Together, we’ll identify what needs individual attention.
Meet your saddle before we make it
A closer look, with our designer.
We’ll walk you through your proposed saddle design and explain how it responds to your needs. You’ll have space to ask questions, discuss possible refinements and agree on the details with the person designing your saddle.
We bring your design to life
From agreed details to your Joyseat.
Once your design is confirmed, we manufacture your saddle. Our team carries the details agreed during your review through to production, then helps you prepare for setup when your Joyseat arrives.
Let’s get your setup right
Personal support continues on the bike.
Use MyVeloFit to dial in your saddle position. After you’ve spent time riding, we’ll review your feedback and discuss any further adjustments. Joycare includes one free fit-related reprint, plus full saddle replacement after a crash, excluding shipping.
Joyseat’s modular construction allows us to replace its padding independently—giving you access to future upgrades without replacing the entire saddle.
