I've been cycling since 2017, and from the very beginning, finding the right saddle has been a constant struggle. I’ve tried countless brands, sizes, and levels of firmness. I even had my sit bones measured.
And yet, nothing worked.
Every month, I dealt with swollen lumps and bloody blisters.
That’s when I discovered the Joyseat, and for the first time, cycling became truly joyful. From my initial communication with the team to the seamless ordering process, everything was as fast as MVDP sprint. Before Pogačar could cross the finish line, the saddle had already arrived at my doorstep.
The first few rides were all about adjusting to the Joyseat. It’s firmer compared to my previous saddles, but even so, the difference in comfort was undeniable. After a 4-hour ride, I had no bumps, no bruises—nothing! I was over the moon and decided to get a Gravel saddle to complement my road saddle.
The real test came during an 800km ultra race. I can confidently say that without the Joyseat, I wouldn’t have finished.
It made the impossible not only possible but enjoyable.

Thanks for pointing that out. Our return policy reflects the custom nature of our saddles, which are tailored specifically to each rider. The deduction covers the cost of materials and the bespoke process that can’t be reused. That said, we’re confident in our fit guarantee, so the vast majority of our riders never need to worry about returns.

I was looking for a pain-free seat for 1 1/2 years when I finally got myself a Joyseat :)
This was the perfect decision! The seat perfectly matches my butt and it feels like the foam from the 'smiling butt kit' is still underneath my butt every single ride!
When I took a hard slam my bike fell on the seat and one of the carbon rails broke, which was definitly not the mistake of the seat or a sign of bad quality. Thanks to the quick, friendly and competent customer service I will be able to ride my Joyseat soon again as they are able to fix it.
The fact that this seat is fairly made in Europe and offering such a high quality of comfort, materials and craftmanship makes this product really worth its money!

sedlo, co mi konečně sedlo :)) skvělá práce od výrobce! po vyzkoušení spousty sedel a i jistých sedacích potížích jsem zase naprosto spokojený a šťastný!! konečně se nikam nešoupu, nepropadám, neotlačuju, nemusím ze sedla častěji, než potřebuju pouze k výkonu, zkrátka parááda!! díky za to!!
I have been unsuccessfully trying manage a saddle sore issue for months, and tried over half a dozen saddles without any relief. The Joyseat solved my saddle sore problem, which is a huge relief. I did not give the saddle 5 stars only because I find it a bit stiff (I specified a 5 stiffness rating) - not to the point of being unridable but a bit stiffer than I might prefer. But it has fixed my saddle sore issue which was my main goal. And the customer service/order process was excellent.
Dostal jsem sedlo, jako dárek k 50. narozeninám. Maximální spokojenost. Doporučuji všem nadšeným cyklistům. :-) Škoda, že to nebyly třeba 20. narozeniny, to by bylo ještě lepší. :-)
Od konce Října 2024 jezdím sedlo na míru. Je pravda, že jsem si na to nové sedlo musel zvyknout, trvalo to celou půl hodinu :-) A pak už nic, poprvé opravdu sedím jen na sedacích kostech a na ničem jiném. Žádné poposedávání a vrtění se, nebo jít na chvíli ze sedla aby se prokrvilo co je utlačené, už nic takového není potřeba. Pravda nohy bolí stále, ale to už není o sedle :-)
using Posedla made me understand where the saddles I used before were wrong. no pressure was applied on my sit bones. this helps me now being more placed on it.
I remain still slightly numb and seems like my body has yet to adapt to the different geometry.
the product quality is impeccable and the overall support team was always very responsive and kind!

I have struggled with saddle sores and tried half a dozen saddles without success. The Joyseat has solved my saddle sore dilemma. The ordering and customer service were easy and very customer friendly. The only reason I did not give five stars is that the saddle is a bit firm - comfortable enough but not quite as comfortable as I might have hoped. But it has solved my saddle sore problem which was why I ordered it.

Thanks to the adjustments, we resolved the persistent pain in my elbow and leg. I'm happy that my bike is properly set up. The ladies are kind, and it was a lovely afternoon.
Ich habe Anfang August auch diesen Sattel bestellt (für eMTB). Ich habe in der Bestellung und dann auch nochmal später als ich meinen Abdruck erstellt habe, klar und deutlich erklärt, dass ich einen sehr sensiblen Po habe und daher einen weichen Sattel benötige. Dies war auch der Grund warum ich mich überhaupt auf diesen Sattel eingelassen/gehofft habe.
Ende August habe ich das Abdruckkissen und den gefertigten Sattel dann Anfang Oktober bekommen. Also ca 8 Wochen nach der Anfangsbestellung. Der Sattel war deutlich härter als ich erwartet habe (Fingerdrucktest). Ich habe ihn dann auch gleich am Wochenende Probe gefahren. Die ersten 5km waren ok, die nächsten 10km waren unbequem, die weiteren 10 km waren die Hölle! Nach ca. 40km Tour habe ich unglaubliche Schmerzen gehabt. Alles tat weh, ich konnte den Schmerz dann auch nicht mehr lokalisieren/verifizieren. Für mich war klar, diesen Betonsattel möchte ich wieder zurück geben. Ich habe Posedla meinen Erfahrungsbericht gegeben und die Möglichkeit wahrgenommen, den Sattel wieder zurück zu geben. Dann habe ich lange nichts gehört, nach mehrmaligen Erinnerungsemails hat mir eine Dame stattdessen eine Zoomkonferenz als Rückgabevoraussetzung erklärt. In dem Zoom Meeting hat sie mich überreden wollen, den Sattel überarbeiten zu lassen, damit sie ihn mehr auf meine Bedürfnisse zuzuschneiden könnten. Ich habe aber eisern abgelehnt. Dieses Spiel ging dann 20 Minuten lang hin- und her, bis sie schließlich einwilligte. Ich habe dann endlich die Retouren Adresse bekommen und den Sattel zurück geschickt. Nach Wochen habe ich dann erneut nachgefragt, wann ich mein Geld bekomme. Dann erklärte man mir, sie hätten meinen Sattel nicht bekommen. Gott sei Dank, hatte ich via UPS eine Zustellungsbestätigung und konnte den Versand nachweisen. Nach weiteren Wochen erhielt ich schließlich die Antwort, dass der Sattel angekommen sei und sie die Geldrückgabe überprüfen. Anfang Dezember hatte ich dann endlich mein Rest-Geld zurück bekommen. Den Sattel habe ich für 465,50€ bezahlt, zurück bekommen habe ich 305,50€. Der Spass hat mich also genau 160€ gekostet. Ich würde nach dieser Erfahrung keine Empfehlung aussprechen. Man muss sich auch bewusst sein, dass man keine rechtliche Handhabung von Deutschland aus nach Tschechien hat.

Díky správnému nastavení mého kola jezdím teď bez bolesti zad a kolenou. Celé nastavení trvalo zhruba 2 hodiny. Nejdříve se mnou fitter udělal cvičení, aby zjistil mojí celkovou pohyblivost a potom už se šlo nastavovat kolo. Vše mi důkladně vysvětlil a také doporučil, jak si na kole ulevit. Nyní nabízejí koupi bike fittingu jako dárek, to mi přijde jako skvělý nápad. Určitě využiji.

No more problems with a wet bottom of mud on it. What a joy! A solid and simple tool to use!
Very comfortable, fits well, and provides a smooth ride. That probably best describes my feelings. I appreciate the pockets on both sides of the thighs, which I use frequently.
I like the overall design and fit. The two side pockets are handy, not just for longer rides, and the bib is the most comfortable I've ever had.
As a custom Joyseat rider that was made using my butt imprint I couldn't resist to proudly wear a cloud of butts on this jersey. 😅 A nice addition to my cycling wardrobe and an alternative to the monochrome pastel jerseys that every brand makes nowadays.
I really like the design of the jersey and the color. It also fits perfectly.
Someone on a bike tour noticed my 3D printed saddle and told me about a custom 3D saddle. After a little research I decided to give Joy Seat a try. I got my happy butt kit, did the sample, uploaded the photos and waited. I was a little skeptical but still a bit excited. Once the saddle arrived, I went for a 30 mile ride with 3000 feet of climbing. The most comfortable saddle I’ve ever owned. When I purchased the saddle, I thought it was a bit pricy but now I realize how inexpensive it is for perfection.
My Posedla saddle is a game changer in terms of saddle comfort. I struggled a lot with discomfort on my saddle(s), yes I tried a lot of them. If you take cycling just a little bit seriously and have the money, go for it! Shout out to the development team, you did an awesome job! As a researcher myself I can only appreciate what you have achieved.
