Your first Joyseat – the carbon 2.0 – was a different model from the one you selected this time: the Joyseat PLUS with nylon shell and steel rails, which is also 140 EUR less expensive. That’s exactly the product we manufactured and shipped, based on your order.
It seems there may have been a misunderstanding about the differences between the models. We always try to explain everything clearly on the web. Sorry, if it wasn't the case.
As a returning customer, you were eligible for a 10% discount on your second Joyseat. We refunded the amount manually right after your purchase.

Sedlo nezklamalo, pohodlné a sedí perfektně.
I have been able to get several rides over 5 hours and had no issues with the seat. I used both a hill climbing route and a flat route to try it out. Worked great. The process to order was simple, but it takes time to prep and construct the seat.
