WHAT'S COMING NEXT?
Prologue: Butt imprint
Imprint your buttocks into the Smiling Butt Kit in just your underwear—no cycling shorts! Take a picture (of the imprint… of course) and send it to us.
The queen stage: Configuration
Complete a questionnaire consisting of 10 questions about your bike, your riding style, yourself and the desired look of your Joyseat.
Time trial: Manufacturing
We have everything we need for our algorithm to design every aspect of your saddle to suit your needs and individual characteristics. Next, we fire up our 3D printer and complete the saddle by hand.
Flamme rouge: Just joy
Joyseat has finally crossed the finish line after going through some laps of quality control. While you can mount it on your bike on your own, it's best to consult an experienced bike fitter. And then? Riding with no pressure, just unadulterated Joy.

Smiling Butt Kit
Let’s spare each other's blushes, this will stay just between us. You will receive a measuring kit by means of which we gather the most accurate information about the width of your sit bones.
Strip down to your underwear. Create an imprint of your butt, take a picture and upload it into the configurator. One picture is worth a thousand words and one video is worth a thousand pictures, so check our video guide.
Joyseat Configurator
The impression of your butt is essential. But to make a custom saddle for you, we need to know a lot more about you and your riding style. For example, what position you sit in on your bike, how old you are, how long you ride... The final topography of your Joyseat consists of 10 parameters. They are all equally important.

One saddle, trillions of variants
We said trillions and we mean it. After collecting 10 ride parameters and a picture of your bottom’s imprint, our unique algorithm designs every single aspect of the saddle to create the perfect match for your bottom. That is a one-of-a-kind saddle just for you. No one else on planet Earth will have the same. It’s not a miracle, it’s Joyseat!
Optimal support without unnecessary pressure
Joyseat’s unique structure allows us to design different zones of the saddle with different stiffnesses. The nose zone is the softest with no pressure on soft tissue, the rail zone is a bit stiffer, and the sit bone area is the stiffest part with the highest level of support. Our patent-pending technology allows for smooth transition areas between the zones where the stiffness grows gradually for ultimate comfort, which is not the case of common foam saddles.
JOYSEAT'S ANATOMY
Extra detail (A): Choose the best color for your insert. Everyone knows some colors are faster than others.
3D printed padding (B): A unique flexible structure made on an industrial 3D printer from thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU). Sounds complicated, but translates to comfy.
Perfectly stiff carbon shell (C): Based on your inputs, we'll select a shell that serves as a base.
Oval carbon rails (D): The full carbon fiber composition guarantees extreme durability.
