Capture your butt imprint

Make an imprint of your butt using your Smiling Butt Kit and following the user guide.

Pro Tip

Please read the guide first. The unpacking of the Smiling Butt Kit can be tricky and wrong manipulation can damage the fragile foam.

Step 3: Configure Your Saddle

Enter all the details

Upload photos of the imprint and your riding parameters through the unique link you received via email after Step 1. Can't find the link? Get in touch!

Get Ready

Configure your saddle size, shape and stiffness by filling in information such as BMI, flexibility, gender, and other data.

Step 4: Data Review by Our Team

Checking your data and imprint photos

Our team will confirm once we have all the data needed to design and manufacture your custom saddle.

Just in case

Please keep the imprint until you get a confirmation from us. We review each image and will follow up with either a confirmation or request for a redo.

5 manufacturing

Step 5: Saddle Manufacturing

At the factory, Joyseat takes shape

Here we 3D-print your custom padding and build the saddle from nylon or carbon, depending on your choice.

Manufacturing Time

This process takes 2–5 weeks, after which we send your Joyseat to you. Often, however, we manage to save a few days.
