Nun, als weltberühmte Hauptstadt der Hinternpflege wird sie vielleicht schneller auf Ihrer Liste der Orte stehen, die Sie unbedingt besuchen müssen, als Sie denken. Die Stadt ist die Heimat von Posedla [poe-sed-lah], einem Unternehmen, das die Welt mit seiner Fahrradsattel-Technologie im Sturm erobert.
Unser Spitzenprodukt, der Joyseat, ist ein maßgefertigter, 3D-gedruckter Sattel. 3D-Drucker sind heutzutage in der Fahrradbranche eine große Sache, aber wir produzieren nicht einfach Tausende von universellen 3D-gedruckten Sätteln. Wir sind die Ersten und bisher Einzigen, die jeden Sattel auf Anfrage nach den individuellen Maßen des Kunden herstellen können. Hätten wir von Anfang an gewusst, wie schwierig der Weg von der ersten Idee bis zum fertigen Produkt sein würde, hätten wir ihn nie eingeschlagen. Unser Glaube daran, dass es so einen bequemen, nützlichen und praktischen Sattel gibt und geben kann, hat uns weitergetrieben, als wir schon am Rande des Aufgebens waren. Jeder neue Joyseat-Sattel, der den Namen seines Besitzers trägt, macht uns sehr stolz.
Wir verwenden einen industriellen 3D-Drucker mit Multi Jet Fusion (MJF) Technologie. Der obere Teil des Sattels hat eine speziell entwickelte, zum Patent angemeldete Gitterstruktur, die aus thermoplastischem Polyurethan (TPU) gedruckt wird. Dies ermöglicht es uns, die Steifigkeit des Sattels in verschiedenen Zonen an die spezifischen Bedürfnisse jedes Radfahrers anzupassen. Die Schienen und die Schale sind aus Karbonfaser gefertigt.
