Key materials
Thermoplastic polyurethane
The padding is made of TPU printed on an industrial 3D printer using Multijet Fusion technology. Raw powder is sintered together using infrared light and detailing agents.
Carbon composite
The composite material we use is called pre-preg, a special fabric which has been pre-impregnated with epoxy resin. We use unidirectional as well as twill fabrics. We source all the carbon materials in Europe.
Recycled cardboard
We're proud of our packaging. It is completely plastic-free and made from recycled paper. Thanks to smart design, the boxes can be reused (e.g. as a tool box) or simply recycled.
