Upper part (lattice structure): Recyclable thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) printed on an industrial 3D printer using Multijet fusion technology.
Color detail: Recyclable Polyamide 12 (PA 12) printed on an industrial 3D printer using Multijet fusion technology.
Carbon base: The rails and shell are handmade from Toray carbon fibre. A unique blend of unidirectional and twill fabrics is used to achieve perfect stiffness and load capacity.
Packaging: Plastic-free packaging made from recycled cardboard.

Manufacturing
Joyseat is manufactured entirely in Europe. The 3D printed padding is produced in Germany and the carbon parts are handmade in the Czech Republic from Europe-sourced carbon composites.
