Caring for your Joyseat
Having your own custom-made 3D-printed saddle is a blast! But even the best saddle cannot give you the proper support it its setup is not quite right.
We've created a comprehensive guide to help you securely mount and set-up your saddle
Secure mounting
Before you mount your Joyseat, check your saddle clamp. It should be made to fit 7x9 oval rails.
Always secure your Joyseat in between the scale printed on rails, and never use more than 5-6 Nm torque.
Optimal setup
We firmly believe that proper bike setup is equally as important as having the right bike components.
Before you start riding with your Joyseat, adjust saddle postion of your bike. You can use our guide.
Maintenance
Joyseat's unique lattice structure provides perfect support and comfort while riding, but it can get dirty when you ride in rain or off-road.
Using a stream of watter, simply wash the dirt and mud out. We strategically placed drainage holes on the saddle, so the dirty water will flow out. Be careful with pressure washers as they may be to harsh for your Joyseat.
Crash & warranty
Even the best cyclist can crash sometimes. If your saddle gets damaged in a crash, we are happy to repair it for a fee.
Check the crash policy and warranty in our Terms of service.
